WE ARE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE AN OPENING IN OUR SERVICE DIVISION FOR A FULL TIME MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system, providing options for repair to satisfy the client’s needs.
- Routine maintenance, cleaning and inspections.
- Perform other duties as required
A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:
- Minimum of 1 year HVAC experience
- EPA Certification Required
- Pass a Criminal Background Screening, Motor Vehicle Records Check and Drug Screening
- Provide a valid Florida Driver’s License
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Have a positive professional attitude and a meticulous attention to detail. A desire to listen, learn, and improve.
