The essential functions of the Service Technician are to provide outstanding customer experience, assess and diagnose plumbing repairs and services offering options for the customer to choose from. This professional will provide service to customers in their homes as well as commercial properties. The focus will be on educating and assisting customers in choosing service, products, and payment options with the use of our software and tablet for presentation. Providing 5 star customer satisfaction is the goal and reviews will be requested.
Responsibilities:
Complete plumbing repair, replacement, drain cleaning and other related in-home and commercial service calls.
Confidence and experience to establish customer rapport to offer/suggest the right products and services.
Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
Understand your performance metrics and hold yourself accountable for exceeding these goals.
Present yourself as a professional and knowledgeable technician.
Team with customer service and dispatch to ensure best customer experience and maximize productivity/revenue.
Maintain a clean, organized truck with accurate inventory.
Respect and leave owners property clean and in better condition than you found it.
Train and mentor apprentices with a positive attitude proper technique to ensure quick, accurate repairs done the proper way.
Desire to work some after hours and weekends on call for emergencies.
Assist co-workers with knowledge and afterhours help when needed.
Understand the commitment and sacrifice it takes to work for the best service providers providing the best service and value for our customers.
A passion to be a professional perfecting the trade for the long haul.
Successful completion of a formal training program or apprenticeship. Licensed to practice as a Journeyman Plumber in Oklahoma.
– Licensed with knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.
– Proven track record in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing and repair.
– Clean, safe driving record.
– Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
