Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team as an HVAC Lead Installation Technician. The responsibilities of the HVAC Installation Lead include being responsible for overseeing and managing the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential or commercial settings, ensuring all installations are completed accurately, efficiently, and safely, while leading a team of HVAC technicians throughout the process; this includes tasks like job site assessment, system layout, equipment installation, quality checks, customer communication, and adherence to company standards and safety protocols. Ultimately, a top-notch HVAC helper should be physically fit, good with their hands, and able to effectively follow instructions.
Duties
- Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate , thorough and timely manner
- Designs, fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required
- Provides guidance and knowledge to HVAC Installer Helper on proper skills and training of HVAC installation jobs
- Works under minimum supervision to install HVAC equipment in customer’s home
- Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
- Have and maintain a clean driving record
- Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams
- Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this

Requirements
- EPA Certification
- Neat and professional appearance
- Clean criminal background
- Valid Driver’s License with Clean Driving record
- Ability to work independently
- Able to pass random drug testing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
