What You’ll Do:
- Own the hiring process—from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to identify and fill staffing needs
- Source, screen, and recruit high-quality candidates across multiple platforms
- Conduct interviews, manage the selection process, and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Develop and refine recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Support HR functions, including employee onboarding and engagement
Who You Are:
- Experienced: 2+ years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
- Strategic: You don’t just fill positions—you build teams
- Resourceful: You know how to source top talent beyond just job boards
- Organized: Strong ability to manage multiple hiring needs and deadlines
- People-Focused: Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Home Improvement recruiting is preferred.
