JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a skilled, experienced Lead Electrical Residential Service Technician who shares our core values. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-year experience as a lead service electrician, specializing in residential electrical systems. A strong work ethic and a dedication to providing exceptional service is a must.
JOB DUTIES:
- Independantly operate a service van and perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance at residential locations.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct inspections and assessments of electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1-year proven experience as a lead Electrical Residential Service Technician
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and components.
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Electrical license or certification.
