Job Description:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
You will be responsible for the effective delivery of Building Operations Management of Lennox HQ Campus in Richardson, TX. This role will take the lead in proactively providing and successfully delivering a secure, clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all users of our facilities. This role will also be responsible for managing all aspects of the facility within the allocated budget including optimizing the campus utilities budget. One of the key requirements is of this role is to standardize/automate/apply best practices to improve efficiency, reducing operating costs while increasing productivity.
General Management (including people management)
- Successfully work closely with all the stakeholders to support all aspects of Operational service delivery.
- Produce clear and concise project plans for add on construction and renovation projects.
- Estimate / develop and manage annual operating budgets.
- Attend daily and weekly facility operations meetings to ensure all projects/tasks are clearly communicated to the operations team.
- Provide guidance to facility supervisor utilizing effective coaching and line management skills, completing annual and mid-year performance reviews along with monthly documented one to one meeting.
- Be involved with periodic audit compliance procedures / processes.
- Review and keep the campus master plans and any modifications up to date.
- Be on calls, take lead as appropriate, and coordinate any emergency call outs / procedures
- Accommodate and respond to any requests from your line manager or leadership at various levels, required to fulfil the needs of the various functional or Business units residing at the campus.
Building Management
- Serve as the key leader with execution responsibility for all renovation or expansion projects.
- Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance checklists for the entire facility including all the equipment such as lighting, HVAC, Security systems.
- Develop and execute daily and weekly cleaning / sanitation plans and audit plans
- Work in conjunction with the Operational Managers and service partners provider in coordinating event set ups and scheduling of all teams and services required for event delivery including Contract Management
- Manage all suppliers against contractual KPIs and SLAs relating to Facilities Management, and Building Operations
- Ensure that the highest levels of service delivery and customer experience are provided and to constantly seek to improve standards
Strategic / Financial Management
- Work closely with various leaders (BU / Finance) to develop a 3-year long facilities improvement / expansion / renovation plan annually
- Lead the development of annual operational and Capital expenditure budgets with appropriate business cases
- Communicate financial performance reports (plan vs actual) monthly
Qualifications:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum ten years of Building Management experience
- Experience in events and venue management
- Excellent people management and client liaison skills
- Skill and aptitude to see the big picture, but with an eye for detail, to constantly challenge ways of working and to provide the highest level of service
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Qualified First Aider
- Consistent focus on operational detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to provide innovative, creative and pragmatic solutions
- Ability to manage challenges with a positive and “can-do” approach.
- Microsoft Project Management skills

The compensation range for this position is approximately $114,000 - $150,000 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education
