Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Utilize software to track account activity, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutual benefit for both the company and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Lead presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and value proposition.
- Monitor account performance and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage new and existing electrical projects.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, project or account management with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends effectively.
- Proficient in account and job software or similar CRM software for managing client relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
- Exceptional leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration.
- Technical electrical experience is a plus, particularly in understanding complex products, devices, electrical standards or electrical services.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $58,782.00 - $67,098.00 per year
