- Undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering
- EIT or PE desired
- AutoCAD and REVIT
- Diverse projects: Educational, Healthcare, Institutional etc.
- Handle multiple projects
- Strong client interaction skills
- Stable employment history at an MEP firm
