Your New Role
As an HVAC Apprentice, you’ll:
- Assist in installing heating and cooling systems, ductwork, and accessories in new construction and retrofit environments.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems.
- Operate hand and power tools to repair or replace components.
- Prepare work sites and maintain tools, vehicles, and supplies.
- Support team members with daily tasks to ensure project success.

Job requirements
- Apprentice license.
- 1–2 years of experience in a skilled trade or construction-related role (transferable skills are welcome).
- High school coursework or equivalent education.
- Ability to maintain company assets like vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug test.
