Job Overview
We are seeking highly skilled HVAC Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing HVAC systems in residential settings while interacting professionally with homeowners.

Responsibilities
- Installation of residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, attic and/or vertical splits, and ductwork ensuring proper efficiency and functionality
- Maintain company vehicle
- Communicate effectively with management, dispatch, and apprentices to ensure daily install schedule is maintained and work is completed in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process, ensuring client satisfaction
- Perform equipment and parts upgrades as needed to meet customer requirements
- Perform system startup on newly installed systems to ensure proper operation
- Complete installation documentation accurately and promptly, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment inventory
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Provide mentorship and coaching to entry apprentices
- Participate in company provided training as needed to stay up to date with the latest industry changes
Qualifications
- 2 Years experience in residential HVAC installation
- EPA Universal Certification Required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
- High level of accountability
- Positive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude
- Bilingual is a plus!
Must be able to pass a background check, and drug tests prior to and throughout employment.
