Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Manage and train staff members, ensuring they provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create and update menus
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 Years of McDonalds General Manager Experience
REQUIRED MCDONALD’S MANAGER EXPERIENCE TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
-- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees
- - Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
