Skills/Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years HVAC experience and a minimum of 3 years sales experience
- Plumbing sales experience, a plus (Comfort Advisor will be selling mainly water heaters and water filtration in addition to HVAC systems.)
- Able to identify problems & recommend solutions
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated to work as team member for an HVAC industry leader
- Experienced selling with a commission-based income
- Able to operate Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Smart phone, etc.
- Clean background & MVR
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and enhance customer satisfaction
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tool (Service Titan).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
