Earn $25-$30 hourly, plus commission, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Alongside competitive pay and a consistent schedule, we offer:

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Do you take pride in providing high-quality service with a smile? Are you someone who thrives on solving problems and helping others? We are searching for an experienced and professional HVAC Technician to perform essential residential heating and cooling work.

Our ideal candidate also exhibits the qualifications listed below:

Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Ability to diagnose and repair residential air conditioning and heating systems
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional and well-groomed appearance
Team player who works well with others

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN HVAC TECHNICIAN

Your day begins with dispatching directly from your home to various job sites, ready to tackle new challenges. You expertly diagnose heating and cooling issues, craft clear and competitive estimates, and confidently present solutions to customers. Whether creating invoices or collecting payments, you maintain professionalism and ensure every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. Throughout the day, you communicate with management and work with your team to uphold Marathon's high standards.
