As an HVAC Superintendent, you will oversee all phases of HVAC construction, ensuring timely completion, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HVAC construction and installations, ensuring compliance with engineered drawings and specifications.
- Develop and maintain 2-week lookahead schedules using industry-standard tools such as Bluebeam Revu and project management software.
- Perform and document site safety inspections and implement safety procedures in line with OSHA standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve conflicts and ensure seamless project execution.
- Utilize digitizer takeoff and estimating software for project planning and material management.
- Prepare and review RFIs, schedules, and daily progress reports.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure alignment with project goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Use software such as Procore, Stack, Excel, and Job Cost Accounting tools for planning and documentation.
- Ensure successful project delivery through active participation in pre-construction, inspections, and start-up phases.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in HVAC construction management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, local building codes, and safety requirements.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Bluebeam Revu, Procore, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to lead and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and specifications.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
