Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Residential Electrician who is comfortable working independently and can confidently quote, sell, and complete electrical service jobs. Your role will be to provide top-notch service, solve homeowners' electrical issues, and ensure all work is done with precision, pride, and professionalism. Responsibilities:
- Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in residential homes, providing effective solutions.
- Present accurate quotes to customers, explaining the work required in clear, non-technical terms.
- Sell electrical services, upgrades, and products as needed, always aiming to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Perform electrical work with high attention to detail and safety, ensuring compliance with all local codes and regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with homeowners, offering guidance on electrical safety and recommending future services.
- Document all work performed, including quotes, invoices, and service details.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on creating positive experiences that lead to repeat business and five-star reviews.
Qualifications:
- Valid and Active E-R1J or EE-98J.
- Proven experience as a residential electrician with a strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on the job with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Experience with quoting and selling electrical services and products.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently and accurately.
- Own tools and reliable transportation to get to office.
- Strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
