The HVAC Retail Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the HVAC product line within a retail environment. This role involves developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve business goals.
The HVAC Retail Program Manager will also be responsible for training and managing a team of sales associates, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Set sales targets and objectives for the HVAC product line.
- Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and clients.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of HVAC sales associates.
- Provide ongoing training and support to ensure the team is knowledgeable about HVAC products and sales techniques.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve service delivery.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily based in a retail environment, with occasional travel to supplier sites and customer locations,.
- May require occasional weekend or evening work during peak sales periods or promotional events.

Pay Transparency:
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $70k-$120k annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
