REM Air Conditioning is a family owned business that has been servicing the Tampa area for almost 50 years . We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with 5 years experience to join our team. We are looking for a long term employee . MUST LIVE IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY DUE TO WE ONLY SERVICE HILLSBOROUGH AND SOUTHERN PASCO COUNTIES. MUST HAVE 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE .The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in HVAC/R systems. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.
- Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters to diagnose issues effectively.
- Weld and build components as necessary for system repairs or installations.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their HVAC needs and options .
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred.
- Able to discuss options with customers .
- Familiarity with service technician duties related to HVAC systems is essential.
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating teamwork skills when required.
- A valid driver's license is necessary for driving company vehicles.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $76,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
