Position Summary:
The Residential HVAC Manager will oversee the daily operations of our residential HVAC division. This includes managing technicians, ensuring job quality, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving company performance goals. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with extensive HVAC knowledge and strong management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor HVAC technicians to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align goals and address challenges
Performance Monitoring:
- Track key performance metrics, including job completion rates, customer satisfaction, and technician productivity.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in HVAC management, preferably in residential services.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency with scheduling and dispatch software, such as ServiceTitan, is a plus.
Valid drivers’ license and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
