The Big Task
Diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems and leading customers to informed and confident buying decisions through exceptional customer service
Here’s what you’ll be up to:
· Communicating with dispatch, managers, parts and installation teams, and properly completing paperwork
· Keeping your company truck clean, inside and out, and updating its inventory
· Maintaining a clean and professional appearance, having a clean driving record, and participating in training to grow and develop as a professional
· Having (or getting) the proper certifications with the help of our team
We’re looking for someone with just the right amount of skills and experience to join us on this wild ride, and we promise it will be a fun and challenging one. Our top performers are some of the highest paid technicians in the valley, with unlimited earning potential. . Plus, you’ll have a company-supplied truck (that you can take home at night), state-of-the-art tools, and access to new technology like iPhones and iPads.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
