Position Summary:
The Regional Service Manager/Chief Operations Manager (Florida) will lead ProToCall’s strategic and operational functions in the HVAC/R and restaurant equipment sectors. As a key member of the executive team, the VP will be responsible for developing and executing operational strategies, optimizing resources, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across all service lines. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge in HVAC/R and restaurant equipment, alongside strong leadership skills to drive operational performance and a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery in HVAC/R and restaurant equipment support.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align operational goals with company vision and growth targets.
- Drive innovation and implement technology solutions that enhance service capabilities, customer satisfaction, and field team efficiency.
- Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
- Establish and monitor performance metrics specific to the HVAC/R and restaurant equipment sectors.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and innovation among operations teams.
- Resource Optimization & Team Development
- Oversee resource allocation, including workforce, tools, and budgets, to maximize operational effectiveness.
- Quality Control & Risk Management
- Implement policies and quality assurance processes to uphold service excellence and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and client expectations, minimizing operational risks.
- Continuously assess service quality and implement corrective actions to drive customer satisfaction.
- Client & Stakeholder Relations
- Act as the key operational liaison with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Develop strong partnerships with vendors, clients, and stakeholders to enhance service offerings and operational resilience.
- Build trust with key clients by actively engaging in service improvements and troubleshooting critical service challenges.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience within the HVAC/R or related technical industry, with a successful track record in a senior management level.
- Demonstrated expertise in HVAC/R systems and restaurant equipment service operations.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
