YOUR LIFE AS A HVAC SENIOR TECHNICIAN
This position offers full-time work.
As a HVAC senior technician, you play a vital part in our company being able to operate smoothly. As the face and voice of our company, you have the opportunity to provide a high-quality experience for our customers. You are friendly and professional as you complete Installations, repairs. Listening carefully and offering personalized solutions allows you to easily create a great rapport with people. In addition to assisting customers, you perform other duties as needed. You love helping others and contributing to our company's success in a big way!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Education and Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited HVAC program or relevant vocational training is preferred.
Certifications:
- EPA 608 certification for handling refrigerants.
- State or local HVAC licensing, as required.
- Additional certifications, such as NATE (North American Technician Excellence), are a plus.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Lead Installer, with a minimum of 3 years in the field.
- Hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues accurately.
- Experience with various tools and equipment used in HVAC maintenance and repair.
Communication:
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals.
Problem-solving
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing HVAC issues.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team to find efficient solutions.
Physical Fitness:
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various environmental conditions.
