Looking for a highly motivated full-time inside salesperson with prior experience (a plus) in the electrical supplies and/or lighting sector. The position calls for aggressively prospecting and developing new relationships within our existing customer base in order to expand the company’s distribution capability on a national level.
The inside sales position may include very limited travel. Our sales office is located in West Kendall, Miami.

Job Purpose:
· Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new relationship with additional retail locations within existing accounts as well as create new accounts by calling on existing or potential sales outlets.
· Assist in submitting orders by quoting and/or referring to price lists and product literature. You will use Salesforce CRM-based technology, which makes this a breeze.
· Resolve customer returns and complaints by investigating problem, developing solutions such as product returns, exchanges, etc. Make recommendations to management.
· Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
