I am recruiting for 3 different specialist HVAC/Mechanical sub-contractors across Charlotte. All of the contractors are well-established and have created long-term relationships with well-respected general contractors. The sectors they cover include commercial construction, residential, industrial, and government-funded projects. The project types these companies get involved in involve installations, HVAC services, and design.
About the role
- Develop projects scope and budget
- Build strong relationships with General Contractors.
- Develop consultant scope of work documents with support from the VP of Operations.
- Prepare and issue RFPs/Bid Packages to consultants and contractors
- Perform bid reviews and select vendors with support from the VP of Operations.
Benefits and Rewards
You will be rewarded with a basic salary ranging from $90,000 - $120,000 depending on experience. You will also be working for a company with a low staff turnover, which means you will be offered long-term stability as well as progression and development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Project Manager for a mechanical sub-contractor.
- Experience working on construction projects in North Carolina.
- Good stability on your resume.
