The technicians shall be well versed in communication skills with clients and Team members alike.
This is for a SERVICE TECHNICIAN WITH 4 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A MINIMUM.
Light commercial OR residential servicer is great, dont need both but both are a benefit.
Other experience as a benefit but not required are: Replacement, knowledge of 3 phase power, Evap Cooler start up, shut down and diagnostics.
. Experience with Service Titan and knowing your production numbers would be beneficial though not required. (We do NOT do refrigeration work (YET))

Evolution Air Conditioning is looking for quality HVAC Service Technicians with a minimum of (4+ year(s)) verifiable field experience who is looking for a thriving environment for personal and technical growth.
- We are looking for A Service Technician (NO less than 4 YEARS) service experience up to a Field Team Leader with more than 10 years in Service, Maintenance and Replacement of Light Commercial and Residential equipment. Candidates with less than 4 years will NOT be considered.
- You MUST be a graduate of an HVAC PROGRAM OR SCHOOL. CSN preferred, other tech schools will be considered. If you have no schooling, are currently in school or have less than 2 years, apply to our apprentice job posting when available.
- Must have: Clean driving record, EPA Card, own hand tools (minimal), be able to pass a background check and a drug test. Will also be required to take a personality assessment.
