Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an HVAC Technician or in a related field (5+ years)
- Certified EPA Type II and III or Universal (preferred)
- Strong work ethic with a desire to gain industry knowledge
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and mechanical aptitude skills
- Valid driver’s license
As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will:
- Inspect and perform repairs on package units, split systems, air handlers & wall heaters.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about service needs and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, invoices, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
