Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and enhance the operations and profitability across all departments.
- Drive staffing efforts, including hiring and comprehensive training for new employees.
- Set ambitious sales goals and facilitate financing arrangements to meet them.
- Inspire and motivate managers daily to create a positive and productive atmosphere.
- Exhibit a management style that sets the standard for enthusiasm, accountability, and productivity.
- Monitor daily performance metrics to ensure the dealership's success.
- Collaborate across departments to maximize opportunities and drive results.
- Supervise a dynamic team, including Sales Managers, F&I Managers, and Service Managers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years of stable employment at the GM level with a proven history of exceptional CSI and market share performance.
- A strong producer and team builder with an impressive profit background with Hyundai and/or Genesis.
- Excellent organizational skills paired with outstanding customer service and PR abilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in basic accounting and advanced computer skills.
- A commitment to professionalism and integrity.
