In this role you will have responsibility for delivering high quality residential projects within cost and budget. Making sure that you build a great relationship with clients and crews.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a superintendent on residential projects.

The Role:
- Manage all aspects of construction site operations, safety and OSHA standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints and plans.
- Work closely with project managers, subcontracts and suppliers to coordinate efforts and resolve issues.
The Person:
- Experience in residential ground-up and remodeling residential projects.
- Experience in concrete or plumbing work.
- Demonstrate ability to lead teams effectively.
