ProCore Building Maintenance & Construction is seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in building and designing HVAC systems, along with hands-on experience in property maintenance and appliance repair. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial properties. Your technical expertise, attention to detail in documentation, and ability to collaborate with dispatch will ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in both residential and commercial properties.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance for various building types.
- Design and build HVAC systems tailored to property specifications and unique project requirements.
- Diagnose mechanical and technical issues, providing effective solutions for both residential and commercial settings.
- Maintain accurate work order documentation, including taking clear and detailed photographs of completed work.
- Collaborate closely with dispatch to ensure efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and communication.
- Provide updates on job progress, challenges, and completion status to dispatch and management.
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations during all installations and repairs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or Technician with expertise in residential and commercial systems.
- Strong mechanical and technical knowledge, including familiarity with HVAC system components for varied building types.
- Hands-on experience in property maintenance and appliance repair is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in maintaining work order documentation and using relevant tools for reporting.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with both residential and commercial clients.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA Section 608 Certification) preferred.

Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems according to specifications and local codes.
- Design and build custom ductwork for various applications.
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation.
- Perform repairs on malfunctioning HVAC systems, utilizing tools such as an ohmmeter for diagnostics.
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects on time.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Drive company vehicles to job sites while adhering to safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role in the field service industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and installation procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is preferred.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.
- Certification or training in HVAC technology is a plus but not mandatory.
