Job Expectations:As an Electrical Journeyman at Forward Electric and Air Conditioning, your responsibilities will include:
- Work Schedule: Standard hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime for emergency on-call work.
- Team Management: Overseeing a work vehicle and collaborating with a helper to complete tasks efficiently.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintaining all tools, equipment, and work vehicles to ensure peak performance.
- Service Excellence: Fulfilling residential and light commercial electrical calls with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Customer Focus: Delivering top-notch service that aligns with our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
About You:
- Certified: Must hold relevant Electrical Journeyman certifications and licenses for Florida.
- Experienced: A minimum of 6 years of experience in residential electrical work and light commercial projects.
- Team-Oriented: You thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute to team success.
- Customer-Focused: You take pride in solving problems with precision and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Dependable: A clean driving record and background check are required.
