Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC/R systems and demonstrate proficiency in various mechanical tasks. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and boiler systems. The HVAC Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including Boilers, Hydronic pumps, and drives.
- Conduct routine CSD1 inspections, PMs, and troubleshooting of HVAC/R equipment to identify issues.
- Service commercial and some residential clients. Mostly commercial.
- Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing their HVAC needs efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
- Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure timely project completion.
- Drive company van to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC/R systems.
- Proficiency in servicing furnaces, RTUs, and boiler operations.
- Ability to weld and perform basic fabrication tasks as needed.
- Experience as a service technician is required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving responsibilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
