Commercial HVAC Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the commercial HVAC industry, including contractors, builders, and property owners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to promote customer loyalty and repeat business
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals while following company pricing and profitability guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as customer service, dispatched, service technicians, and service managers to ensure optimal results.
Skills & Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in HVAC industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience and knowledge of HVAC systems and methods
- Possess superior interpersonal skills
- Natural customer service and sales skills
- Must be capable of understanding client needs, and favorably influencing their decision
- Clean, neat, professional appearance
- Have a positive attitude and work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail
- Extremely dependable
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
