Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team on various construction sites. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. A successful Plumber will demonstrate mechanical knowledge, proficiency in blueprint reading, and the ability to work with hand tools effectively.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Assemble and install valves, fittings, and fixtures using hand tools.
- Perform welding tasks as needed for pipe connections.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other construction professionals on-site to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs.
- Utilize basic math skills for measuring and calculating material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using various hand tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
