Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems operate efficiently and effectively.
Duties
- Perform maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential settings. Commercial experience is a plus.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment and systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Repair or replace defective parts, including compressors, motors, and electrical components.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot problems effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about service needs and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory of parts used.
- Adhere to all safety protocols while working with ammonia refrigeration systems or other hazardous materials.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in field service.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including equipment repair and maintenance techniques.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Proficient in brazing techniques applicable to HVAC repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for service calls.
- Ability to work flexible hours and be on call, as needed to meet our clients demands.

Pay: $25.39 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
