We are looking for a dedicated HVAC Chiller Technician to provide exceptional service to commercial and industrial clients.
The Role:
As a HVAC Chiller Technician, you will work directly under the field supervisor, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of comfort and process HVAC/R equipment, including refrigeration, air conditioning, heat pumps, boilers, chillers, and more. Your expertise will be crucial in diagnosing electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, ensuring our customers' systems operate at peak efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain air-cooled and water-cooled centrifugal and process chiller systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair heating, cooling, refrigeration, and ventilation equipment.
- Provide effective solutions and clearly communicate with customers.
- Document equipment details, including make, model, and serial numbers.
- Travel to job sites, ensuring schedules are maintained and delays are communicated.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs (on-call rotation required).
- Maintain company vehicle, stock, and tools.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience with HVAC/R systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems such as water and air-cooled chillers, DX systems, and energy management controls.
- Ability to read schematics, drawings, and blueprints.
- Basic computer skills and experience with app-based software.
- EPA Universal Certification (required).
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights or weekends when needed.

- Ammonia Chiller experience
- Boiler and steam heating experience
- Controls experience (pneumatic and digital)
- Experience with Aaon and Addison equipment

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
