The position is for an experienced (4+ years) air conditioning installer. It is for someone that shows up on time every time, knows what they are doing and do it properly, and can think outside the box when needed.
The position is focused on system installations, with the occasional service call when warranted.
We are not a 24 hour 7 days a week, 365 day a year company. Our company believes that you work hard at work but people need a life outside of their job. Monday thru Friday 8AM to 4:30PM is typical. We do not do system replacements on weekends. If it is warranted, the occasional Saturday for new construction may be needed.
Pay is based on experience. Basic tools are a must, if you have been in the field for 4+ years you know what you need to have. The expensive tools the company provides.
