Advantage XPO is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join a leading company in Nashville, TN, offering competitive compensation, benefits, and career growth opportunities.As a HVAC Technician, you will provide top-notch service to commercial clients by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems, while utilizing various trade skills to ensure proper system function. Responsibilities include performing preventative and corrective maintenance, handling minor plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs, safely managing refrigerants, inspecting and repairing boilers, and maintaining client relationships. You will also document service reports and complete general maintenance tasks, such as painting and drywall repairs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC training/certification preferred.
- 5+ years of HVAC experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
- EPA Universal Refrigeration Certification and valid driver’s license.
- Ability to diagnose HVAC system failures and perform repairs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain positive relationships.
- Proficient with tablets, smartphones, and business software (Microsoft Office).
- Experience with light commercial HVAC systems (boilers, split/package units).
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various environments (high places, extreme temperatures).
- Must be comfortable using PPE and following safety procedures.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $32 - $34 per hour based on experience.
- Monday – Friday schedule with availability for occasional nights and weekends.
