Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnostics and Troubleshooting:
- Conduct thorough diagnostics on electrical issues, identifying problems quickly and accurately.
- Provide detailed explanations of the issues and potential solutions to customers.
- Electrical Repairs and Installations:
- Perform minor electrical repairs such as replacing light fixtures and outlets.
- Handle major electrical tasks, including replacing entire electrical services like panels, meter bases, and disconnects.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Customer Interaction and Sales:
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining the nature of the work and the benefits of our services.
- Utilize strong sales skills to offer additional services and upgrades that meet the customer's needs.
- Provide accurate and competitive quotes for services and obtain customer approval.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports and invoices for completed jobs.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Stay updated on the latest electrical codes and industry standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
