We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial HVAC Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on providing tailored HVAC solutions for commercial clients, helping businesses identify and implement the most efficient heating, cooling, and air quality systems to meet their specific needs. The ideal candidate will have a successful sales record, a deep understanding of commercial requirements, and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships. Primary Job Function: The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with commercial customers in person, providing expert guidance on the selection and design of new or replacement HVAC systems tailored to business needs. You will offer professional advice to help customers identify the most suitable heating and cooling solutions for their commercial spaces. This position requires a consultative sales approach, emphasizing a deep understanding of customer requirements and a commitment to resolving business comfort challenges. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to deliver exceptional service and ensure customers receive the optimal solutions for their HVAC needs.
Work Hours: 40+ hours weekly, Monday through Friday with some weeknights and weekends
Pay: Base salary plus commission on the sale. Six-figure earning potential!

Required Qualifications:
- Prior B2B sales experience
- HS diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be comfortable with heights and able to climb tall ladders
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Ability to multi-task & work well independently
- Basic computer proficiency including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- HVAC background is a plus
- Positive attitude & a collaborative team-oriented mindset
- Great listening skills
- High level of professionalism in all interactions and conduct
