Position: Inventory Manager / IT

We are seeking an Inventory Manager with IT skills.

The Inventory Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring effective organization within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory levels, optimizing supply chain operations, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Responsibilities / Qualifications

Maintain an Organized Environment, Metric Tracking and Reporting.
Attendance at all reoccurring meetings.
Self-starter
Goal-oriented
Proficient with Computers
Proficient in Google Drive
Seeking and implementing improvements company wide.

Daily Tasks

Keep in constant contact with our development team for changes.
Manage our inventory of 900+ items, ensuring updates are made across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, our website, and other platforms.
Organizing inventory on shelves, updating inventory records, and ensuring accurate inventory numbers.
Maintain stock levels (of shop consumables) by monitoring inventory weekly and placing orders as needed.
Purchase items daily from an online marketplace and monitor their arrival and quality.

Skills

Proficient in using phone and computer systems.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Ability to analyze information quickly and make informed decisions.
Strong typing skills for efficient documentation of communications.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and best practices in warehouse operations.
Bilingual is a plus, but not required
HVAC knowledge is a plus but not required
