Compensation: $35,000 – $50,000 (“Piecework” pay structure)

Qualifications:
- Some Technical School training preferred.
- Must be EPA Certified.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be 21 and have a valid Georgia Driver’s License and have a clean driving record for at least the past three years. The driving record (MVR) will be checked prior to employment and must be acceptable to our insurance company.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test and be willing to abide by the rules for our Georgia Certified Drug-Free workplace.
- Must pass pre-employment background check.
- Previous work experience must demonstrate the ability to communicate with co-workers and customers along with punctuality, reliability, and dependability.
- Must be able to physically perform job requirements, such as (but not limited to): standing for long periods, squatting, climbing ladders, crawling, working from heights and in tight spaces, lifting weights of 50 pounds or more, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Installation Mechanics with installation, add-ons, and replacements of HVAC systems in residential homes and light commercial properties per local codes.
- Properly use safety equipment daily, back brace, lifting harness, safety glasses and continual observation of surroundings and team members.
- Clean truck as needed, including exterior washing and interior cleanings. Vehicle should be kept free of trash, debris, unused food and drink. Vehicle interior should be swept free from excess dirt. Vehicle interior compartments should hold all tools and equipment, keeping floor area free from falling and/or rolling items.
- Properly prepare the job site using drop cloths, moving furniture or obstructions and prepare surface areas using floor protectors.
- Properly install ductwork per code.
- Follow instructions from supervisor and lead installer in a timely manner.
- Immediately report any problems with company tools to the lead installer.
- Work well with customers and co-workers.
- Clean job site. Job site should be picked up and left in a condition better or equivalent to that as when we arrived. This includes moving all trash and debris, sweeping or vacuuming site, removing all tools, parts and equipment.
- Maintain professional appearance and attitude always.
- Obtain positive customer Google reviews.
- Proper attendance including on-time arrivals.
