Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC/R systems for residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to optimize heating and cooling systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues involving air conditioners, heating units, and ventilation systems.
- Fabricate and weld components as required for system installations or repairs.
- Safely operate company vehicles to reach job sites, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by clearly communicating with clients and addressing HVAC concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to enhance system performance and ensure efficient facility operations.
Qualifications
- Proven HVAC Technician experience with a solid understanding of HVAC/R systems and operations.
- Hands-on experience in field service as an HVAC service technician is preferred.
- Strong ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues with HVAC systems.
- Expertise in air conditioning, heating units, and ventilation maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; van driving experience is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and team members.
- HVAC certifications or technical training are beneficial but not mandatory.

Duties
