Job Details
The Plumber will play a key part in AWS Family by working with various clients and colleagues on a day-to-day basis installing and servicing proprietary plumbing devices to fulfill sales orders. A successful candidate would enjoy working in a fast-passed environment, be detail-oriented with experience in commercial applications and maintaining professional customer relations.

What You'll Bring
- Plumber License/ Journeyman
- Experience in the commercial/industrial plumbing and related plumbing infrastructure
- Valid Drivers license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Experience with the installation/service of PRV’s/Backflow preventers and booster pumps
- Be welcoming and determined to develop rapport with clients and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to troubleshoot, make decisions and work under pressure
- Act with integrity and uphold the highest professional and ethical standards
- Great time management skills and drive to meet sale order objectives
- Strong communication skills, accountable, and respectful.
- Open to training, building skillset and continuous improvement

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections, water pressure tests and review of plumbing infrastructure
- Complete job site planning, parts and labour estimates.
- Install and service proprietary plumbing device (SMART VALVE™)
- Liaise with customers to support onsite logistics and product education
- Coordinate and maintain inventory of equipment and materials to support demand
- Must be able to work overtime occasionally to meet customer needs
- Responsible for job site operations in compliance with all established polices and procedures including Health & Safety protocols
- Communicate daily and in a timely manner with team members and mentors to ensure your operating as ONE team to support ONE mission
