Job Description:

Since 1983 WG Heating & Cooling has been one of the leading residential new construction companies in southeast Michigan. We are looking for experienced & motivated rough duct installers. Rough HVAC installation, being the foundation of the HVAC system, is the initial preparation installed into a home before drywall is installed. With the final product in mind, this department requires forward thinking to avoid any conflict with future building processes.

Requirements:

- Experience installing rough ducting

- Basic HVAC hand tools.

WG Heating & Cooling provides saws, cords, ladders, and PPE.

- Drivers License with good driving record.

- Reliable transportation to and from our office/warehouse.’

- Able to lift 50lbs, sit, stand, reach, and kneel.

- Active smartphone for timekeeping

Job Type:

· Full Time (40 hour work week)

Pay:

· $18.00-$28.00 per hour (Experience/Performance Based)
