Job Overview:
Twisted Metal Pickup and Scrap is a leading provider of metal recycling services in the DFW area. We specialize in offering efficient and reliable scrap metal pickup services, saving our clients valuable time while compensating them for their scrap materials.

Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HVAC contractors and other industry professionals in the DFW area.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.- Present and pitch our scrap metal pickup services to potential clients.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Experience:
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the HVAC industry.

- Strong network of contacts within the DFW market.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Highly motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

Bonus opportunities
