Life as a General Manager:

As a General Manager at TownePlace Suites Mesquite with Superhost Hospitality, you will lead the charge in ensuring the overall success and excellence of our establishment. Your responsibilities include:

Overseeing and managing all aspects of the hotel's operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food services, and more.
Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives and enhance guest satisfaction.
Leading and inspiring a diverse team to provide exceptional service and meet performance goals.
Handling financial management, budget planning, and ensuring profitability.
Fostering a positive work culture and ensuring the highest standards of guest experiences.

Hospitality Management: Extensive experience in hotel management or a related field.

Additional Requirements:

Previous experience in a general management role within the hospitality industry is required, Marriott brand preferred.
Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
