Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumbing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plumbing, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role requires proficiency in various plumbing tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings. The Plumbing Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Assemble and install plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
Perform pipe threading and welding as required for specific projects.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to identify potential issues.
Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
Collaborate with other tradespeople on remodeling projects to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions regarding plumbing services.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role in the maintenance person or construction field.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to plumbing tasks.
Familiarity with pipe threading techniques and welding practices is preferred.
Strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations.
Ability to read blueprints accurately for effective project execution.
Valid commercial driving license is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work well with clients and team members.

Pay: $88,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
