We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly motivated Hotel General Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of our hotel condominium operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

General Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that high standards of service and guest satisfaction are achieved.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial and operational goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and revenue management.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, guests, vendors, and the local community.
Implement effective marketing and sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Coordinate Board of Director ‘s monthly and annual meetings including meeting minutes and documentation.
Manage and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Stay current with Community Association Management and industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the property’s competitive position.

Qualifications:

What are we looking for?

Vacation Rental and hospitality experience essential
CAM experience required
A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred along with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a General Manager, preferably in a luxury or upscale property.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets, financial planning, revenue management, and capital improvement programs and budgets.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Proficient in hotel management software and systems.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with an owner/customer-focused approach.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
