HRH Real Estate Services Corporation is looking for an experienced Maintenance Service Professional to service our properties in San Francisco and Marin. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and computer literate.

HRH is a Real Estate Management company dedicated to providing the highest level of property management and property oversight.

Maintenance Technician should have practical experience in the following areas:

Electrical
Plumbing
Carpentry
Painting
HVAC systems
Appliance installation and repair
Basic locksmith abilities (i.e. replace and re-key door locks)
Light gardening and janitorial
Light roof repairs and gutter clearing
Property turnovers (comprehensive repairs after tenants vacate and prior to new tenants moving in)
Inspecting, identifying, and reporting maintenance issues while working onsite
If you have remodeling experience, a PLUS

Administrative Duties

Receive and process daily work orders
Maintain scheduled maintenance log/calendar online
Regular and proactive communication with HRH office and tenants (phone, email, etc.)
Maintain the required inspections log online
Maintain inventory of HRH tools/keys/inventory and codes for identification

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Professionalism and tidiness
Ability to communicate with difficult tenants
Solid Experience in maintenance
Must possess tools for various jobs
Great attention to detail
Some computer skills and ability to learn app is required
Strong References
Clean Criminal and Driving record
