The Opportunity
We are currently seeking Sales Representatives who specialize in high-volume cold calling and have a proven track record in SaaS phone sales. This role requires a unique blend of grit, determination, and entrepreneurial spirit. At Hammer your income potential is uncapped, with a base salary and an aggressive commission structure. An average rep earning $100K+ and top reps earning $250K+ annually.

Responsibilities

Conduct 100+ cold calls daily targeting Independent car dealerships
Generate and manage a robust pipeline
Drive the full sales cycle: prospect, negotiate, and close
Achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements

2+ years of experience in SaaS sales
Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
While this is a remote position you must be located in Texas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
