Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumbing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of plumbing systems and be capable of performing a variety of tasks related to installation, maintenance, and repair. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.

Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layout and installation requirements.
- Assemble and install plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
- Perform pipe threading and ensure proper connections for water supply lines.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues or necessary repairs.
- Estimate construction costs for plumbing projects based on blueprints and specifications.
- Adhere to safety regulations while performing heavy lifting and working with various materials.

Skills
- Proficient in blueprint reading to accurately follow project specifications.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems and components.
- Experience with construction estimating to provide accurate project assessments.
- Ability to assemble various plumbing fixtures efficiently.
- Skilled in pipe threading techniques for secure fittings.
- Valid commercial driving license preferred for transportation of materials as needed.
- Competent in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing work.
- Capable of performing heavy lifting as required by job duties.
